Experienced a lot in my life, both fortunate and unfortunate, professionally and personal. 

Have battled my own demons and mental health challenges

Been clean and sober for over 34 years.  Been married 3 times and divorced twice. Currently, I am married (#3) to the love of my life, and whom I actually dated in high school.

Have battled my own demons and mental health challenges

Been clean and sober for over 34 years.  Been married 3 times and divorced twice. Currently, I am married (#3) to the love of my life, and whom I actually dated in high school. 

  Have three amazing kids who I have shared both gratifying and unfavorable moments with.  I also have 2 step kids that are young adults.

Coached youth sports for 18 plus years, including football, soccer and baseball.

  Have gained great skills, tools, experience, insight and knowledge which has helped  to become an effective coach creating everlasting results.

   CHALLENGE I ACCEPTED

 Support awareness of Mental Health illness & trying to lower the suicide rate among veterans and others alike. Attempting to reduce the stigma that surrounds it. This is done with 22 push ups everyday ( I post on my personal FB page ). I was challenged to do 22 push ups each day for 22 days well over 2 years ago, and have taken that much further.  Doing them until my body is no longer capable.

  Fritz is a powerful conceptual thinker, and he loves the challenge to create new and innovative ways of doing things. He has the ability to be the ‘early warning radar system’ for teams and businesses, and often sees the opportunities or dangers long before anyone else. He has the capacity to analyze others contributions and ask the piercing questions that goes straight to the heart of a problem or opportunity.  Fritz’s internal world is so rich he is rarely swayed by trends in popular culture or ideology; Incredibly clever he has the capacity to think outside the box and flow against the tide of prevailing wisdom. He has a profound desire to help people and teams find the truth as well as solving complex problems. Fritz invites you in to explore and understand the wider world.
